اراك
اراك, فتحلو لدى الحياة
و يملأ نفسى صباحُ الأمل
و تنمو بصدرى ورود عِذاب
و تحنو على قلبي المشتعل
فأعبُدُ فيك جمال السماء
ورقة ورد الربيع, الخضِل
و طهر الثلوج, و سحر المروج
مُوشحةً بشعاع الطفل

أراك, فتخفق أعصاب قلبي
و تهتزُ مثل اهتزاز الوتر
و يجرى عليها الهوى, فى حُنُوٍ
أنامل,لُدناً, كرطب الزهر
فتخطو أناشيد قلبي,سكرَى
تغردُ, تحت ظلال القمر
و تملأني نشوة, لا تُحَد
كأنى أصبحتُ فوق البشر
أوَدُ بروحى عناق الوجودِ
بما فيه من أنفُسٍ , او شجر
