ما هو المطر الذي يبيح الجمع بين الصلاتين؟

السؤال:
ما هو المطر الذي يبيح الجمع بين الصلاتين؟

الجواب:
الذي يُبِلّ الثياب الفقهاء ذكروا هذا إذا كان المطر يبل الثياب بينه وبين المسجد مطر ينزل ويبل الثياب فإنه له أن يجمع أو كانت الأرض دحض بين البيوت وبين المسجد بدحض وطين بعد المطر فإن الإمام يجمع بين المغرب والعشاء رفقًا بهم من الخروج في الدحض والطين أما مجرد مطر رذاذ ولا يبل الثياب فهذا ليس عذرا.
